Apart from curing diseases with pills and medicines the recent development in this field is through yoga and music. The music used for treating the patients is called music therapy or medicinal music. For this the brain waves of the human beings are recorded and then using some algorithm the brain frequencies are transformed into musical map. Using this musical map a healing rhythm can be created and this can be used to cure patients. When a person hears this music before going to bed his stress level is reduced, increases concentration, lessen the pain and enhances the memory level. Communication level of a person can be improved using musical therapy. This therapy can be applied to all level of people from children, adult and elderly. Pregnant women when listen to this music it helps in the betterment of the child. This music is used in most of the psychiatric hospitals for curing the patients and also in many rehabilitation centres. This therapy expresses ones feel better than his words. It decreases ones pessimistic nature and increases the optimistic attitude.

Ghazals are the musical form which is originated in 6th century as a pre-islamic arabic verse. Ghazals are first formed as a form of the urdu poetry but now it has spread to the entire music world and has now become a form of many language poetry. Ghazal is composed of couplets with a perfect rhythm. Ghazal deals mainly with love. Love makes a man complete. Most of the poems in history have ever lived with the feel of love. In that Ghazal mainly deals with unattainable love. The poet though knows that his love is illicit, he continues loving with the same affection and the feel of his loneliness will be clearly expressed. It can be directed either to man or woman. This is the form of ghazal. It is not that easy to understand the concept of ghazals because of the complexity of the words. The people with higher education alone can understand it. So the words are made simpler for the common people to understand. This increases the popularity of ghazal. The other best work done was that ghazals are translated into various languages. In recent works ghazals are translated into English which is the peak of its popularity.

Violin is one of the most famous musical instruments prevailing from the olden days. It is a form of string instruments mainly used to produce clasical music though other forms of music can also be composed. Most of the musicians mainly make use of this instrument for their compostions. Its so huge and is not portable hence expensive, still the usage of piano is high. The finger press in a pianoviolin make the steel strings to vibrate which in turn vibrates at the resonant frequency producing the musical sound. The outer cover of the violin is made of wood, the strings in steel and it also makes use of iron frames. Any instrument that produces music is called musical instruments. The musical instruments originated in parallel to the human origin. The forms of musical instruments changes with human culture. Organology refers to the study of musical instruments. Musical instruments are classified on various basis like the range of instrument, type of music produced, etc. The basic classification is string instruments, percussion instruments and wind instruments. The string instruments include guitar, violin, veena, tres, lute, piano,mandola,zither, etc. Percussion instruments can be categorised into drums and other percussion instruments. The other percussion instruments include ghatham, cowbells, ahoko, handbells, etc. The wind instruments can be categorised into single reed instruments, double reed instruments, single and double reed instruments, free reed instruments, brass instruments, voice and free aerophones. Based on the range the musical instruments are classified into bass, tenor, alto and soprano instruments. Musical instrument played using a keyboard are called keyboard instruments. The keyboard instruments can be classified into chordophones- eg piano, aerophones- eg: pipe organ and reed organ and idiophones- eg: celesta. Any musical instrument that produces music mechanically using electronics is called electronic instruments. Few electronic instruments are electronic guitar, computer, synthesiser, electronic organ, etc. Construction of musical instrument is a very tedious job. It requires specialised skills, practise and training.
